Cancellation outcomes depend on the rate type. The full policy is shown in plain language to the guest before they pay.
Short stays
- 14+ days before check-in Guest receives a full refund of the rent.
- Less than 14 days Partial refund — minimum-stay nights are forfeited to the host.
- After check-in No refund through the platform; arrange directly with the guest.
Mid-term
- 14+ days before check-in Guest receives a full refund of any prepaid amount.
- Less than 14 days Deposit forfeited to the host as compensation.
- After check-in (during minimum stay) Tenancy continues to the end of the minimum stay.
- After minimum stay Either party may terminate with a 30-day rolling notice.
Long-term

Is Livuma only for Bali properties?
No. Livuma is available for properties across all of Indonesia. We started in Bali but support listings in Jakarta, Lombok, Yogyakarta, and any other Indonesian region.
How is Livuma different from Airbnb or Booking.com?
Livuma is built specifically for the Indonesian market. We support monthly and yearly rentals natively, generate Indonesian-law rental contracts automatically, and process all payments in IDR without currency conversion. Our platform fee is also significantly lower than most international OTAs.
Does Livuma support calendar synchronization with other OTAs?
Yes. Livuma uses standard iCal links. Export your listing's iCal URL from your listing settings and paste it into Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, or any other platform that supports iCal import. Bookings made on those platforms automatically block your Livuma availability.
What commission does Livuma charge hosts?

Can hotels and guesthouses use Livuma?
Yes. Livuma supports individual property owners, real estate companies, and hospitality businesses managing multiple units. You can create and manage multiple listings from a single host account, each with independent pricing and availability settings.
Are guests required to verify their identity?
Yes. Every guest completes KYC identity verification before they can confirm a booking or make any payment. This uses government-issued Indonesian ID and a face match check. You never host an anonymous guest on Livuma.
