You can find villas, apartments, houses, rooms, and kosts for daily, monthly, or yearly stays. Livuma also shows selected properties and land for sale, but rental booking protection applies only where the live listing and checkout explicitly show it.

Guests do not pay a separate Livuma guest service fee. You request first and pay only after the host approves; if you selected a viewing for a monthly or yearly stay, payment starts after you confirm the viewing. The exact schedule and cancellation terms are shown before payment.

Livuma structures the rental with host and guest verification, in-app communication, protected payment handling, digital rental documents, and reviews from completed platform stays. These checks reduce risk, but guests should still review the live listing, ask questions, and use the optional viewing when available.

For monthly and yearly rentals, you can request an in-person or virtual viewing. After the host approves, arrange it through Livuma chat. When you are satisfied, confirm that you want to proceed; only then does the first payment become due. Viewing is not available for daily stays.
