I’m the developer and architect behind Irama House, a 7-unit boutique apartment project located in Buduk / Tumbak Bayuh, just minutes from Canggu and Pererenan. The project is positioned as an entry-level investment opportunity with strong architectural identity and long-term rental appeal.

Irama House is designed around a shared landscaped courtyard and pool, with environmental strategies including deep overhangs, brise-soleil shading, cross ventilation, and locally sourced materials. An existing Balinese temple on site has been preserved and thoughtfully integrated into the master plan, reinforcing a strong cultural and contextual foundation.
