Brand-New 1BR Villa w/ Private Pool

Brand new and never lived in, this one bedroom villa is set up for a comfortable long stay. The living room, kitchen and bedroom all open out to a private pool with a bench and two sunbeds, plus a green garden, so you get that proper indoor outdoor Bali feel with full privacy.

The bedroom is spacious, with a king bed (pocket spring, cotton sheets), an ensuite bathroom with wardrobe and vanity, a 30L water heater, full blackout curtains and a Daikin AC, and it opens to a private balcony with its own plunge. There is a dedicated work desk and chair plus fast 300 Mbps internet, so it works really well for remote work or a few months in Bali. The living and kitchen area is fully enclosed with its own AC and a ceiling fan, with a sunken living room and a 55 inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with two stoves, fridge, water dispenser, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, cookware and a dining table for four.

The everyday extras are all there: iron and board, hair dryer, safety box, key lockbox and doorbell, smoke detector and extinguisher, CCTV at the property, a dedicated waste area and large water tanks. Housekeeping twice a week, pool care, gardening and fresh linen and towels are all looked after for you. Electricity, gas, drinking water and laundry sit outside the rent, and the deposit is one month of rent.

Parking is private for one car or up to four scooters, on a paved road with car access.

A quick honest note: there is some building work nearby during the day, which is why it is offered at this rate. The villa itself is finished, calm inside and fully comfortable. Available from 20 June, monthly, with a three month stay preferred. House rules: no parties or loud music, especially at night, no pets, no smoking inside and no subletting.
