Tentang Tinggal di Legian
Legian is one of Bali’s most convenient spots for apartment living, especially if you want to be close to the action without being right in the middle of Kuta’s busiest streets. The area runs along the stretch between Kuta and Seminyak, with Legian Beach on one side and a dense mix of shops, cafés, spas, and small apartment buildings on the other. Jalan Legian is the main artery, lined with convenience stores, local warungs, surf shops, and international restaurants, while nearby side streets offer quieter pockets that work well for long-term renters. For apartment residents, Legian is appealing because daily life is simple: you can walk to the beach for sunrise, grab coffee at local favorites, and get errands done without needing a scooter for every trip. The area is also well connected to Sunset Road, making it easier to reach Canggu, Denpasar, or the airport. Compared with more villa-heavy parts of Bali, Legian has a stronger selection of compact, practical apartments that suit solo renters, couples, and remote workers who prefer a lower-maintenance home base. Living here does come with trade-offs. The main roads can be busy, especially around sunset and on weekends, and some streets near the nightlife strip can be noisy at night. But if you choose carefully, Legian offers a balanced mix of beach access, convenience, and rental value that’s hard to beat in central South Bali.
